Childcare Registration

A registration fee equal to one week’s child care tuition is required and will reserve a spot for your child. This fee will be applied to your last week of child care tuition. Make checks payable to: Children’s Country Child Care.

Once we receive your initial registration, we will send you enrollment and emergency forms and other necessary medical forms or photocopy from preschool forms.

The completion of this registration form and signature of the parent/guardian constitutes an agreement that tuition and fees of this child will be paid by the parent/guardian signing. Weekly fees are due by Friday at noon for the upcoming week.

A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed to all accounts that are not current by the close of Friday.

Tuition Assistance

The expense of preschool can stress a family’s budget. Our goal is to provide a program to help eligible families reduce the economic strain through our Tuition Assistance Program. We continue to strive to keep our tuition as low as possible while still providing a quality preschool experience for both parent and child. A majority of our tuition assistance funds come from our community and the congregation of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. We look forward to reviewing your application.

Application: Tuition assistance applications are reviewed for registered students only. Please send a copy of your most recent federal income tax form. Applications will not be considered without this documentation. All information and documentation is kept strictly confidential.
Fund Limitations: Our financial assistance fund is limited and while all requests are considered we cannot guarantee that all applicants will receive assistance. The Tuition Assistance Committee bases its decisions on the number of requests, individual family circumstances and the availability of funds.
Assistance Amount: The assistance amount will be between 25% or 50% of the tuition amount. The maximum assistance given will be 50% of the cost of either a one day or a two day program. You may still participate in a three day program but will need to pay the difference. If you plan to participate in one of our Lunch Bunch Enrichment Programs, then your tuition assistance will be decreased by 25% for the month(s) your child will be participating in an Enrichment Program. Families will need to fund 100% of the cost of the Enrichment Program.
Agreement: Applicants who are approved for assistance will receive the Tuition Assistance Agreement detailing the eligibility requirements for all tuition assistance payments. Following receipt of the agreement, applicants may accept or reject the assistance. To accept the assistance, sign and return the agreement to Children’s Country Preschool by July 30th. Any offer for assistance that is not accepted by returning the signed Tuition Assistance Agreement to Children’s Country Preschool by July 30th will be considered a rejected offer. Tuition assistance participants will be required to volunteer at least 4 hours during or prior to the school year (i.e. cleaning the school rooms or playgrounds before school starts). The director will notify you of opportunities.
Late Applications: Assistance applications submitted after May 30th will be considered if funds are available. However, families currently enrolled who experience a financial hardship during the school year may request financial assistance at any time. The Tuition Assistance Committee and Director will consider these applications at that time.
Deadline: Applicants must submit completed applications and tax returns before May 30th. The mailing address is:
Children’s Country Preschool, PO Box 8, Hanover, MN 55341
Notification: Our tuition assistance committee and the Director will review all applications and will notify all applicants of their decisions by June 30th.
Questions: Please call Sue Duley, Director at 763-498-8938 with any questions about the Tuition Assistance Program.
