Two fenced-in playgrounds are used to develop large muscle skills and social skills.
Even in the winter, children learn to dress themselves in winter gear!
Special Helper Week
Special Helper Week
One week out of the school year, your child will be assigned a Special Helper week, usually close to your child's birthday or 1/2 birthday.
One of these Special Helper days will be a birthday celebration day and the other day(s) will be a Show & Tell day.
The Special Helper also gets to be "up front" and participate in the calendar, weather and be line leader for the day.
A parent or special adult can stay one of the school days with the child.
Preschoolers love and anticipate their Special Helper days and relish in showing off their classroom and all they are learning.
This is a great opportunity to see how the school day is scheduled, the curriculum being discussed, how your child interacts with their peers and how your child is progressing.
