Print and complete a Preschool Registration Form 2025-2026 for each child.
Mail or Drop off a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $50.00 per family to finalize your registration.
Let us know as soon as possible if you need to withdraw your enrolled child before Preschool starts.
Mail or Drop off a completed Health Care Summary Form and Immunization Form by the first day of preschool or your child will not be admitted as per state law. Often times, your health provider will have their own computerized forms and those will be fine. (The Health Care Summary Form is not needed if your child was enrolled at Children’s Country Preschool last year and his/her medical history has not changed.)
The preschool year begins the first full week after Labor day and ends the week of Memorial Day weekend.
You may visit the preschool at any time. Please call the Preschool Director, at 763-498-8938 ahead of time for an appointment.
Children’s Country Preschool admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its education policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
